We offer a standard deal to startups who did not raise any capital yet.

If you raised more than 500k$ of capital we can review the terms of the deal.

The deal is composed of 3 slices and at each slice both parties can decide not to move to the next slice.

Slice 1

Upon approval you will get 100 Nectars in exchange for 1% of equity.

If not satisfied you can get back your equity under the terms of the Guarantee.

Slice 2

If you need more Nectars we will review feedback from experts who worked with you and evaluate the progress you made.

If approved you will get 200 Nectars in exchange for 2% of equity.

Slice 3

If you need more Nectars we will review feedback from experts who worked with you and evaluate the progress you made.

If approved you will get 300 Nectars in exchange for 3% of equity.
